Yours to export
The whole project as a .storyproject file, the manuscript as EPUB, Word, PDF, HTML or text.
Deleted when you say so
Deleting your account removes your stories, public pages and uploaded covers.
Only the picture of an upload
Images you upload are re-encoded: camera, location and AI metadata are removed.
What we keep on the server
Your account, the projects you sync, the chapters you publish or share, and the covers you upload. Private reading links are deleted from the server when they expire or are closed. To keep accounts safe we also keep a record of log-ins for 13 months and the server’s request logs for 14 days. Visits to the site are counted anonymously, without cookies, and you can turn that off in Privacy choices.
