Start your first project

From a new account to the first scene in a few minutes.

Steps

    Create your account

    Choose Start Writing Free and sign up with your email, or with Google, Apple or GitHub where they are offered.

  2. 02

    Confirm your email

    Open the link we send you. The workspace opens once the address is confirmed.

  3. 03

    Open your project

    Your first project is ready with a scene. Start typing: the text is saved on this device as you write.

  4. 04

    Add another project

    Open the project menu at the top left and choose New project.

What happens to what you write

Everything is saved on this device first, then synced to your account when you are online. See Writing offline and syncing for the details.
