Export your work or delete your account

Your stories are yours to take with you, and to remove.

Steps

  1. 01

    Export a project

    In the project menu choose Export .storyproject for a complete copy you can open again later.

  2. 02

    Export the manuscript

    Choose Export manuscript (EPUB, Word, PDF)… for a file to read or send to an editor.

  3. 03

    Download your data

    In Account settings (your avatar at the top right), Your data gives a copy of everything the service keeps about your account.

  4. 04

    Delete the account

    In Account settings, Delete account removes the account, its workspaces, public pages and uploaded covers. Projects saved on your devices stay there.

Deleting cannot be undone. Export first if you might want the work back: a .storyproject file opens again in any account.
