# Publish a story online

Put chosen chapters on a public page with your own cover, reviews and comments.

## Steps

1. **Open Publish online** In the project menu choose Publish online…. The first time, pick the address of your author page.
2. **Choose the chapters** Pick what to publish, the title and the description, and whether search engines may show it.
3. **Dress the page** Under Page design, choose the opening, a colour, one of our paintings or your own image.
4. **Decide about readers** Reviews can be public, visible only to you, or off; comments on or off.

Publishing again replaces the chapters. Withdraw removes the text from the web; the address stays yours.
